The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Emanuels. The conditions apply in cases where there is no other signed written agreement between you as buyer and Emanuels Eco Store™
Documentation and guidance
If there are product descriptions and manuals for the product, follow these with delivery from Emanuels Eco Store. Further information or advice from Emanuels is of indicative nature. Emanuels Eco Store™ warrants that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking
Delivery time and transportation
The vast majority of shipments are shipped within 1-3 days. Some furniture items may take longer, in which case we will write to you with a status as soon as we receive your order. If you want to check delivery times with us before placing an order please write to service @ emanuels dk and we will get back to you within an hour. There may be some cases where delivery times are longer, especially on furniture. Shipping is €9 for all shipments to all EU countries and €15 to the rest of the world. Selected furniture on sale may be charged €20 and €30 for EU and worldwide shipping, respectively. This will be clearly marked in the product description. Customers outside EU are responsible for paying sales tax and duty in their home country.

The risk of goods
The risk of goods purchased from Emanuels is transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Delivery of goods is regarded as having occurred when you have received the goods.
Complaints
Any errors or shortcomings in the delivery from Emanuels Eco Store™ must be invoked in reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to declare and upon request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must quickly contact the Emanuels Eco Store™. You can normally only complaint about defects that become apparent within 2 years after you received the goods delivered. For products with limited product life time, your remedy bounded by the product's lifetime
Price and payment
You can order your items online and pay by credit card. We accept VISA, Maestro and JCB
Returns
Emanuels Eco Store™ gives you right to cancel the purchase within 14 days, valid from the day you receive your goods. You are obliged to return the product in the same condition and quantity as it was received. You will bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please write to service @ emanuels dk, before returning items as we need to inform you where to send the items. The products must be send to sent to a, by us, specified warehouse and NOT TO our business address
